We’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meals and excellent service. Please review our policy below.

1. Delivery
  • We currently deliver within the state of Illinois only.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and schedule.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery or ready for pickup.

  • Meals are delivered fresh — please refrigerate them immediately upon arrival.

2. Pickup

Prefer to pick up your meals? You can do so at our location:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 48 hours after your order is placed.

3. Refunds & Replacements​​

Because all meals are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once food has been prepared or delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If there’s an issue with your order — for example, it arrived damaged, incorrect, or spoiled — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at valeomeals@gmail.com.
We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement or credit when appropriate.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations

To maintain freshness, orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After that time, your order will enter production and can no longer be modified.
